Automotive Accounting Associate

Join the team at Bob Boyte Honda - Brandon as an Automotive Accounting this role you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of our dealership by maintaining accurate records processing invoices and assisting with daily accounting tasks. Responsibilities

• Reconcile financial statements and reports to maintain accuracy of dealership records.
• Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking.
• Collaborate with dealership departments to resolve invoice and billing discrepancies.
• Maintain documentation for audits and internal compliance requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities as needed.
• Perform data entry and maintain accounting databases with precision and confidentiality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in accounting or bookkeeping preferably in an automotive or retail environment.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting.
