Location: Brisbane with occasional travel to remote sites including mines and regional towns. Some jobs may require being away for days to weeks at a time.

Job Description: As a Gym Equipment Technician you will play a crucial role in
our eld service team responsible for diagnosing repairing and maintaining a
variety of fitness equipment. This dynamic position offers an exciting
opportunity to work in diverse commercial settings and contribute to the overall

success of our clients fitness operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine maintenance diagnostics and repairs on various fitness equipment including treadmills elliptical machines weight machines and cardio equipment.
Respond promptly to service calls address technical issues and ensure minimal downtime for clients.
Implement preventive maintenance programs to extend equipment lifespan and minimise the risk of breakdowns.
Installation and set up of gym equipment.
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service.
Stay informed about industry trends new technologies and equipment models to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

On the job training provided. (Any experience in equipment maintenance preferably in a commercial setting would be highly regarded.)
A recognised technical qualification or experience in a technical service role.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
A current full drivers licence is required.
Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A general level of physical fitness.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
Commercially astute.

Preferred Qualifications:

Electrical Certification / Restricted Electrical Licence highly regarded.
Previous experience in customer-facing technician roles.
