What Youll Be Doing
As the first point of contact for customers and callers youll:
- Greet guests warmly and direct them to the right person or department
- Answer phones take messages and route calls promptly and professionally
- Assist customers with questions concerns and payments
- Receive and process cash checks and credit card transactions accurately
- Provide clerical support to sales service and finance teams
- Maintain and update databases files and paperwork
- Handle customer concerns with empathy and direct them to the right person for resolution

Requirements
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Compensation
Competitive hourly pay ($17.00 - $20.00 / hour) based on experience.
