Erico Technologies LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Transcriptionist to join our remote team on a part-time this role you will convert audio recordings into clear accurate and professionally formatted written documents while maintaining confidentiality and quality standards.
The ideal candidate has strong listening skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Transcribe audio recordings into accurate written documents
- Review and proofread transcripts for grammar spelling and formatting
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
- Meet assigned deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Organize and manage transcription files and documentation
- Communicate with team members regarding project requirements and clarifications
- Strong typing and listening skills
- Excellent grammar punctuation and proofreading abilities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and document management tools
- Reliable internet connection and remote workspace
- Previous transcription administrative or documentation experience
