Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) Full-Time / Part-Time / Weekend Only Central Coast Home Health Santa Barbara County

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy services
- Develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
- CPR certification
- Valid drivers license clean driving record
- Reliable transportation & auto insurance
- Ability to work independently
Home health experience preferred; new grads welcome!
Pay
- Routine Visits: $70-$80
- Evaluations: $92$106
- Admissions: $175.00$200.00
Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of visit type of experience location and years of experience.
