What Youll Do:

You will lead the creation and management of consistent high-quality content across:

• Instagram
• Facebook
• YouTube
• LinkedIn
• Google Business

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and managing weekly content calendars
• Filming real projects installs production processes and team culture
• Producing engaging short-form video content
• Editing videos with strong hooks captions branding and calls-to-action
• Creating static graphics carousel posts and branded content
• Managing posting schedules and audience engagement
• Tracking analytics performance watch time reach and lead generation
• Identifying high-performing content that can be turned into paid ads
• Collaborating with leadership sales and production teams to align messaging and business goals

• Copywriting for captions hooks scripts and CTAs
• Social media analytics and performance optimization
• Scheduling and content management systems
• Adobe Creative Suite CapCut DaVinci Resolve or similar tools

Bonus points for experience in:

• Wraps
• Signage
• Automotive
• Trades or construction industries
• Photography
• Paid advertising
• SEO or Google Business optimization
• Podcast or long-form content production
