About the Role
Hi SLPs! Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for school-based positions in the Arvada area for the 2026-2027 school this role youll support K-12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication learning and student success.These opportunities are ideal for both experienced school-based SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) with strong mentorship and ongoing support provided.

What Youll Do
- Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
- Conduct assessments and complete comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Support students with articulation language fluency AAC and social communication needs
- Partner with teachers and families to support skill carryover across environments
- Maintain timely documentation progress notes and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
What Were Looking For
- Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- Colorado CDE Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred but not required
