If you thrive in a supportive collaborative environment where clinical excellence and patient-centered care are the top priorities we would love to welcome you aboard!Your Key ResponsibilitiesEmpathetic Evaluations: Assess and diagnose speech language voice fluency and swallowing disorders designing individualized therapy plans that focus on real-world Therapy Plans: Develop and execute patient-centered intervention strategies routinely reviewing medical data to adapt plans and maximize each individuals rehabilitation Care Coordination: Partner closely with our Director of Clinical Services physicians family members and primary caregivers to ensure a seamless holistic approach to patient & Education: Instruct and empower families and caregivers with the tools and techniques needed to maintain and optimize the patients progress at Documentation: Complete comprehensive evaluation reports and progress notes accurately and efficiently maintaining high standards of HIPAA compliance and patient You Bring to the TeamEducation & ExperienceDegree: Masters Degree in Speech Therapy or Speech/Language : Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a practicing Speech Licenses and RegistrationsCurrent and valid State Licensure/Certification as a Speech Therapist in the state of RequirementsAbility to travel as needed for client care and home Requirements & DemandsPhysical Strength: Medium Work. This position involves exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to safely move objects and support patient with Disabilities Act (ADA) StatementExternal and internal applicants as well as position incumbents who become disabled must be able to perform the essential job functions either unaided or with the assistance of reasonable accommodations to be determined on a case-by-case basis.
