We are accepting applications to fill the position ofRestaurant Managerto join our food and beverage leadership team in providing an outstanding guest experience at the Wentworth by the Sea.

Wentworth by the Sea blends classic style with 21st-century convenience. Our elegant rooms suites and villas (most with water views) showcase luxury perks including spa services indoor and outdoor pools and intimate dining all providing a memorable backdrop for conferences weddings family vacations and romantic getaways.

The Restaurant Manager is a member of the food and beverage leadership team and participates in the day-to-day operations of our year-round Salt Kitchen and Bar and our seasonal Latitudes Waterfront Restaurant.

Daily activities of the Restaurant Manager includetasks such as organizing and leading the team maintaining a visible presence in the restaurant and checking in regularly with guests; responding to guest requests and issues in a timely manner; maintaining processes to control cost and build revenue; training and coaching the team etc.

Qualifications to be successful as a Restaurant Manager includea minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a food and beverage department; the ability to establish a good working relationship with associates and fellow managers while acting in a supervisory role; the ability to communicate effectively; excellent computer skills; experience with point-of-sale systems; the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays; the ability to walk/stand for up to 5 hours at a time and the ability to life/move up to 30 lbs.
