What will you be doing in your role
- Take ownership of identifying cultivating and soliciting major and planned giving prospects and coordinating the involvement of the board president/CEO and executive leadership.
- Ensure donor engagement events are successful engaging and done with excellence.
- Develop activity plans and implement strategies for planned and major giving donors as determined by relevant criteria.
- Will frequently have face to face or other creative engagements with your donors.
- Ensure that each portfolio donor has a clear and customized strategy and appropriate timeline for outreach and stewardship.
- Monitor evaluate and report on progress and outcomes against agreed upon goals.
- Routinely meet or exceed financial goals.
- Maintain ownership of the donor experience by stepping in to resolve conflicts involving donors or negotiating solutions with other CCFW leaders.
- Connecting with our community you present the mission of CCFW with integrity honesty and enthusiasm.
- Work diligently to meet both individual and team goals working effectively with all members of the team to grow our donor base.
- Must be willing to transport donors stakeholders or special guests.
- Cultivate strong internal relationships with members of your team and other agency programs building a strong understanding of agency programs/services and establishing strong collaborative relationships with the ultimate goal of donor engagement.

Are you the next Giving Officer
- Passionate about CCFWs mission and work.
- Bachelors degree and at least 2 years experience in donor or volunteer engagement OR a combination of relevant education and experience preferred.
- Willingness to learn and follow proven Benevon model.
- Excellent organizational interpersonal and English communication skills.
- Project management experience a plus.
- Reliable transportation valid drivers license and liability required at all times; willing to transport others in personal car.

- Full-Time salaried position. Pay is determined by relevant experience work history education and internal equities.
