A fast-growing international food brand is looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Brand Manager to join its expanding marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing innovative food products to market from concept through to launch.
Working across both B2B and consumer channels youll take ownership of end-to-end product development projects while collaborating closely with suppliers designers technical teams and internal stakeholders. The role would suit someone who combines creativity with strong project management skills and has a genuine passion for food culture and consumer trends.
The Opportunity
Youll play a key role in shaping the future product pipeline identifying market opportunities and helping deliver exciting new launches into the UK market. This is a hands-on position with broad exposure across product development branding packaging and cross-functional coordination.
The successful candidate will be highly organised proactive and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Lead new product development projects from concept through to launch
Coordinate with international suppliers agencies and internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
Support packaging development and product branding initiatives
Identify market trends consumer insights and opportunities for innovation
Manage timelines samples product information and project documentation
Support wider marketing and brand activity where required
Build strong working relationships across commercial technical and operational teams
About You
Previous experience within Brand Management Product Management Project Management or NPD
Food or FMCG experience would be highly advantageous
Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Commercially aware with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
Passion for food innovation and consumer trends
Comfortable working within an international business environment
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
Additional language skills are beneficial but not essential
