The responsibilities:

• Deliver quality one on one outcomes driven physical therapy - pelvic health services
• Document with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
• Provide accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload and oversee compliance of department.
• Conduct patient and family education
• Display strong skills in flexibility time management and communication
• Other duties as assigned

• Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
• Current state licensure or eligibility in Physical Therapy in Indiana

Experience Requirements

• Degree from a CAPTE accredited school
• Physical Therapist license eligible to practice in the state of Indiana
• Basic Life Safety (American Heart Association)
• Strong skills in flexibility time management leadership and communication

License/Certification Requirements

Minimum:

• Physical Therapist license eligible to practice in the state of Indiana
• Basic Life Support (American Heart Association)
