Receptionist FT

We are looking for a Reception Specialist to join our team. This is a 40-hour-a-week position working Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 3:30 pm. The pay range depends on experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department

• Greet and assist customers in a pleasant and professional manner

• Assist customers with cash check and credit card transactions

• Closing out invoices via the computer

• General office duties including filing making copies and scanning documents

• Other duties as needed
