From: $31.26 - $36.73 (depending on qualifications & experience)

About you
The new Grounds and Maintenance Officer will:
- Be able to work without supervision and to a deadline
- Comply with WHS regulations
- Excellent manual and equipment / tool operational and maintenance experience
- Experience in building and ground maintenance
- Experience in livestock and running a farm an advantage
- Good team communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a current WWCC and a current drivers licence (LR/MR/HR licence would be an advantage)
- Heavy lifting essential; lift and move furniture equipment and supplies (this is on occasion and sometimes required to be done up and down stairs)
- Highly organised with attention to detail (cleanliness of workplace / surroundings)
- Keen interest in gardening and grounds
- Willingness to support and provide assistance where necessary
