THE ROLEWe are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as an QA Tech Lead.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Lead QA teams and quality assurance processes;
- Define testing strategies and QA architectures;
- Design technical solutions for customers;
- Participate in pre-sales and commercial support activities;
- Work closely with development product and operations teams;
- Promote test automation and continuous process improvement;
- Ensure quality from analysis to production.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelors or Masters degreein Computer Science in Computer Engineering or related field;
- Experience leading QA teams;
- Knowledge of tools such as:
- Selenium
- JIRA
- Azure DevOps
- TestRail
- Experience with test automation;
- Understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies;
- Ability to structure test plans and test cases;
- Experience documenting and analyzing test results.
- Knowledge of SQL and web technologies;
- Experience with AI applied to QA and automation;
- Familiarity with blockchain IoT or machine learning;
- Ability to optimize processes and reduce time-to-market.
