Position Summary

PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS:

• Support Sr. management with recurrent business analysis and projections.
• Analyze the performance of our products and business units in proactive way including plans and recommendations to optimize assets.
• Creates presentations for Senior management as needed. May assist with marketing literature for sales presentations.
• Effectively planning of customers and product performance reports needed for Sr. Management achieving monthly deadlines and commitments agreed with customers.
• Collects manage and maintains analytical data used to measure and control LNW business.
• Creates spreadsheets to manage customers and LNW business information.
• Support Sales team on finding or developing new business opportunities. Supply spreadsheets with costs performance trends profitability for LNW clients and products.
• Performs all analytical reports and clerical functions including filing typing etc. as directed
• Updates and maintains technology escrow accounts in accordance with customer contracts
• Works effectively with all departments including Senior Management Finance Marketing Customer Service Order Entry and Legal
• Performs other duties as assigned

Communication

• Communicate professionally with all levels of customers and employees.
• Effective communication with senior management verbally and in writing English and Spanish.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in mathematics economy and actuarial science preferred
