Arm/Capbadge: AGC(SPS) - experience as an RAO is essential.
Other Restrictions: Nil Addition post information: Assist in the delivery and management of the G1A process and administrative readiness across the SPS FCoC. Advise HQ RC on Reserve training and administration issues; including pay documentation accounting and reserve staff support. Bpt engage with wider Reserve-focused workstrands such as GENESIS. Deliver policy and projects in order to improve SPS/G1 outputs across the RC AOR. Employer comment: Experience as an RAO essential. Experience as an SO2 SPS or as an SO2 G1 preferred but not essential. Ability to travel to Aldershot for F2F work on at least a monthly basis :
1. Advise HQ RC on Reserve specific training and administration issues; including pay documentation accounting and reserve staff support.
2. Deliver policy and projects in order to improve SPS/G1 outputs across the RC AOR including specific tasks aligned to Firm Base Transformation and the GENESIS Strat Res LoO under the FORTITUDE Campaign Plan.
3. Provide input to PAB on training and personal / professional development of SPS Reserves where required.
4. Provide MI technical advice and G1 assurance to Pers Ops and the wider HQ RC where required.
5. Assist in the delivery and management of the G1A process and administrative readiness across the SPS FCoC and overseas stations.
6. Provide direction on assurance; providing returns statistics and risk assessment where required.
7. Support the application of doctrine and influence the implementation of emerging policy.
8. Deputise for SO2 SPS and mentor the PATWO in conducting IPAC training to the Reserve and overseas units.
