London Drugs is looking for a MarTech Specialist to support day to day execution across our marketing technology platforms. This is a hands on role focused on CRM CMS automation and owned digital channels helping Marketing deliver seamless data driven customer experiences.

What Youll Do
- Execute and support campaigns across CRM CMS and owned channels (email website app SMS digital signage)
- Build QA and troubleshoot automated customer journeys templates and digital assets
- Write and maintain code for marketing assets (HTML CSS; some JavaScript/JSON)
- Support personalization journey logic and platform configuration
- Assist with integrations data flows and third party marketing tools
- Partner with Marketing IT Analytics designers and vendors on execution and testing
- Maintain documentation templates and technical standards
- Stay current on MarTech tools platform updates and digital best practices
- Post secondary education in Marketing Technology Digital Marketing Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 35 years of experience in MarTech CRM digital production or marketing systems
- Hands on experience supporting email marketing and automated journeys
- Strong HTML and CSS skills; working knowledge of JavaScript and JSON
- Experience translating marketing requirements into technical solutions
- Strong troubleshooting analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of digital standards such as CASL GDPR accessibility SEO and data privacy
- Experience in retail loyalty mobile app or multi channel environments is an asset
