Global eProcurement Project Lead
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Global eProcurement Project Lead for JBS Global Procurement that reports onsite to the corporate office in Greeley Colorado.
We are seeking a highly technical professional to serve as the Global eProcurement Platform Lead with full ownership of the eProcurement platform and its associated projects.
This is a platform ownership and technical leadership role responsible for the functional architecture technical governance integrations and long-term evolution of the companys global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform.
The scope is truly global spanning Brazil Mexico Europe Australia China MENA and the United States with centralized governance and regional execution.
Responsibilities:
- Act as Global Platform Owner and TechnicalFunctional Project Lead
- Own decision-making related to P2P platform architecture core configuration and advanced setup integration strategy and data flows and functional scalability and global standardization
- Ensure the eProcurement platform operates as a core enterprise P2P solution not just an operational tool
- Own critical platform configurations including complex approval workflows and conditions hosted and PunchOut catalogs contracts policy and compliance rules and roles permissions and access controls
- Partner closely with the Global Procurement BPO team
- Define and govern the global template balancing standardization with local regulatory and operational requirements
- Manage system environments (DEV / TEST / PROD) across a multi-country landscape
- Lead the design implementation and governance of funding models for technology enablement
- Define and govern the global integration model and system landscape
- Act as the technical authority for integrations with SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA and other financial fiscal and supplier systems
- Own master data design and governance including PR PO GR and IR data flows invoice matching (2-way / 3-way) BPO processes and exception handling and automation
- Serve as the primary technical interface with Corporate IT integration partners BPO providers category teams solution vendors and Coupa
- Support a single global platform serving Brazil Mexico Europe Australia and the United States
- Ensure functional and technical consistency across regions enabling local compliance without platform fragmentation and supporting sustainable long-term evolution
- Actively contribute to high-impact technical and functional decisions
- Work hands-on when required including deep configuration analysis data and integration troubleshooting and complex testing scenarios
- Serve as the technical escalation point for regional teams and key users
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Highly technical senior professional with a strong strategic mindset
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership and accountability
- Ability to operate at a deep technical level with IT and architecture teams integrators and consultants and senior business stakeholders
- Strong focus on scalability stability and long-term platform value
- Extensive experience with eProcurement / P2P platforms
- Proven track record as a technical or functional lead in enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of P2P architecture including Requisition Purchase Order Goods Receipt Invoice Receipt invoice matching catalogs and contracts
- Experience with multi-country platforms ERP integrations and platform governance and standardization
- Strong technical decision-making capability
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision Medical and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave vacation and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $80000-$110000;
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Companys annual bonus plan the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and

The posted salary range represents the Companys good faith estimate of the compensation that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including but not limited to relevant experience skills qualifications tenure internal equity market data and may vary accordingly.
