Labour Law Intern Winter Internship

Duration: 2 weeks (Winter Semester Break)

Labournet is offering an exciting opportunity for a Labour Law Intern to gain practical hands-on experience during our Winter Internship Programme. This short-term programme is designed to provide exposure to real-world labour law and HR practices within a dynamic and professional environment.

Key Learning Areas

• Exposure to labour law processes including disciplinary and performance-related matters
• Assisting with research on employment legislation and HR best practices
• Supporting the preparation of documentation related to labour relations cases
• Observing and learning from experienced HR and legal professionals

Qualifications :

• Currently studying towards the final year of an undergraduate or honours degree in Human Resources Industrial Psychology Labour Law or a related field
• Strong academic performance and a keen interest in labour law and employee relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of professionalism attention to detail and confidentiality
