Project Controller

Position Purpose: 

Develop implement and manage all control and reporting tools such as Documentation control Cost control and Planning.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities: 

• Manage construction planning activities required to develop the overall plan.
• Manage project schedule and deliverables in accordance with processes and procedures.
• Produce cost and progress s-curves.
• Liaising with managers and Engineers of all departments to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise.
• Draft letters memo and reports in relation with Project control issues (Documentation Cost Planning).
• Assist Contract manager and Procurement in case of disputes with contractors/suppliers.

Work Environment:

• This is a full-time onsite position (5 days per week) located at the Haworth WTP.

Qualifications :

Education/Experience/Background: 

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Mechanical.
• Experience in Water/Wastewater D&B projects.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

• Strong listening abilities and reporting skills.
• Familiar with Project Control tools (Doc control Planning etc..)
• Computer skills (MS Project AoDOCs or Procore etc..)

Additional Information :

Pay Range: $125000 to $150000 per year.
