Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Escort uncleared personnel and visitors within designated secure buildings and restricted areas
• Monitor escorted individuals to ensure compliance with all security requirements
• Follow all company safety security and personnel policies
• Interact professionally with customers employees VIPs and the general public
• Perform additional job-related or administrative duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
• U.S. Citizenship required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Ability to acquire and maintain access to the assigned facility

Candidate Expectations

• Leads and coordinates day-to-day escort operations staffing coverage and tasking to meet mission needs
• Provides coaching and real-time guidance to ensure consistent standards professionalism and customer service
• Maintains situational awareness and escalates concerns promptly; supports de-escalation and incident response as needed
• Ensures accurate documentation turnover notes and timely communication with site stakeholders
• Models integrity and confidentiality while enforcing access control badge discipline and restricted-area rules

Physical & Cognitive Abilities

• Prolonged exposure to computer screens and outdoor environments
• Standing for extended periods of time
• Manual dexterity for keyboard and equipment use
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read understand and apply written and spoken instructions
