How youll contribute

A Maintenance Specialist Extern who excels in this role:

• On the job training with an experience HVAC-R Technician.
• Maintains and repairs specialty building items
• Assists and acts as a resource for other maintenance staff with regard to specialty building material problems and issues.
• Utilizes appropriate hand and power tools and test equipment related to maintenance or specialty.
• Reads interprets & utilizes blueprints and schematics as required for job performance.
• Maintains and stocks appropriate inventories. Orders parts & supplies as needed.
• Performs preventative maintenance as assigned.

What were looking for
Maintenance Specialist Extern:

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.

  • Associates Degree preferred

• Experience: Building Maintenance and/or HVAC experience preferred.

• Must be enrolled in HVAC-R Program
