Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect specializing in Underground (UG) infrastructure to join our team in Surat India. As a Senior Architect- UG you will lead the design and development of innovative underground structures and systems ensuring the highest standards of safety functionality and sustainability.
- Develop and oversee the design of complex underground structures and infrastructure projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create comprehensive architectural plans and specifications
- Conduct site visits and inspections in Surat and surrounding areas to assess project feasibility and progress
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and team members
- Ensure compliance with local building codes regulations and industry standards for underground construction
- Implement sustainable design practices and innovative solutions for underground spaces
- Coordinate with clients contractors and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and present detailed project reports proposals and design concepts to clients and senior management
Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture
- Total Experience of 15 years with relevant experience of 5 years in Underground Metro project.
