The Role

This is a senior-level position suited to an experienced Electrical Engineer who can lead projects from concept through to completion while providing technical leadership and client-facing support.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and delivery of electrical building services across residential projects
• Managing projects through all stages from initial concept to detailed design and construction
• Producing and reviewing electrical designs including lighting power and associated systems
• Preparing calculations specifications and technical documentation
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical engineers architects and contractors
• Ensuring designs meet current regulations standards and sustainability targets
• Supporting and mentoring junior engineers within the team
• Managing project timelines budgets and deliverables

The Ideal Candidate

• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years experience within a building services consultancy
• Strong background in residential project delivery
• Proven experience leading projects and managing client relationships
• Excellent understanding of electrical building services systems and UK regulations
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
