Technical Service Manager

Manage and monitor maintenance and repair activities with service providers

   Develop the hotel maintenance plan for the department by tracking administrative documents related to safety issues
   Prepare reports and budget proposals for the department and present them to management
   Conduct and monitor staff training sessions.

Qualifications :

Graduates of university Mechanical Electrical or Electronic Engineering programs
    With 4 years of experience in a similar position
   Well-versed in developments related to technical systems
   Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
   Strong communication skills
   Committed to continuously improving guest service quality
   Embraces a customer-friendly service philosophy
    Possesses leadership motivation and planning skills
   Strong in planning time management and stress management
   Enjoys problem-solving
   Results-oriented and forward-thinking
   Enjoys managing teams

   Has a teaching mindset.

Additional Information :

Graduated from Tourism and Hotel Management departments of Higher Schools or Universities
