Job Summary

FLINT is seeking Labourers with 5 years experience for a permanent role in Fort McMurray AB starting on May 19th 2026. In this position you will enjoy a 7/7 schedule 12-hour workdays Camp arrangement Fly In / Fly Out from the flight hubs - Calgary/Edmonton and benefits after 300 hours worked.

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas industry.
Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSTS-2020
- H2S Alive
- Confined Space Entry and Monitor
- Fire Watch/Spark Watch
- Gas Testing
Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.
Must have own reliable transportation to site.
Valid drivers license and clean 5-year Drivers Abstract with under 6 demerits.

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
