Job Summary
Description
Job Description (includes but is not limited to):
- Coverage of combined partial positions in the plant;
- Operation of fork lift is an asset to have;
- Coverage for employees on vacation or absent;
- Other floater duties as required across the facility;
- Informing the lead hand or foreman of any mechanical problems;
- General cleanup of the plant at the end of the each week;
- Wear all required PPE and follow all company rules and policies;
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Competencies:
- Ability to lift stack roll and position empty steel drums up to 50 LBS three high;
- Ability to listen to and learn from instructions provided;
- Ability to read English and be able to follow written procedures;
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively;
- Team player with ability and desire to fill other positions as needed;
- Exceptional positive attitude and ability to work well with others.
