Medior Engineer VMS

As a VMS Engineer you will play a key role in designing implementing maintaining and optimizing complex Video Management Systems (VMS) and integrated security solutions. You will work closely with engineering pre-sales project management and service teams to ensure high-quality technical delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Design configure install and maintain VMS and integrated electronic security solutions
* Support pre-sales teams with technical expertise and solution design
* Create detailed low-level technical designs and documentation
* Troubleshoot incidents and ensure fast resolution while respecting SLA commitments
* Collaborate with project managers service desk teams and engineers on customer projects
* Ensure cybersecurity and Securitas policies are respected within all solutions
* Participate in on-call/support activities when required
* Identify operational improvements and contribute to process optimization
* Deliver technical training and knowledge sharing to colleagues and customers
* Maintain accurate reporting documentation and time registration
 

Qualifications :

* Bachelors or Masters degree in a technical or IT-related field or equivalent through experience
* Strong experience with Video Management Systems (VMS) and electronic security solutions
* Good understanding of IT infrastructure networking and cybersecurity principles
* Experience with security technologies such as CCTV access control and integrations
* Knowledge of ITIL and IT service environments is considered a plus
* VCA certification or willingness to obtain it
* Fluent in Dutch or French with a good knowledge of English
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Customer-oriented proactive and autonomous mindset
* Team player with excellent communication skills
