KeyResponsibilities
Communicate abilityto communicate with scientific individuals fromDiscoveryteamstounderstand existing workflowsand data flow& gather requirements
Collaborative Design understand theclientsneedsproposesolutionsanddevelopappropriatesolutions
Build Conceive design and implement technology solutions that integrate visualize and analyze complex multi-platform data including genomics biomarkers&clinical data.
Integrate understandthe value incapturingdata properlyand integrating data sets
Support provide solutions to performance-related issues and work with downstream systems to support data driven demands
Technical Proficiency-Demonstratehighproficiencyin technologies for data storage transfer integration visualization and advanced analytics
Adaptability ability to work on multiple sometimesvery different projects at one time
Breadth as atalented and motivatedSenior Data Scientist IIcontributeindependentlyto a wide variety ofprojectsrelated to enhancing drugdiscovery & development
Qualifications :
Required:
- Bachelors Degree with 7 years experience; Masters Degree with 6 years experience; PhD with 2 years experience
- Working knowledge ofdrugdiscoveryand development process
- Dedicated team player who caninterface withstakeholders from a variety of internal IT disciplines (DBAs architects developers etc.) and external customers (discoveryscientiststherapeutic area scientists pathologists etc.)
- Strong programmingproficiencyin Python (andpossibly othermodern languages) with a focus on software engineering best practices modular code and robust deployment pipelines and strongfamiliarity with data visualization and pipelining tools such as Spotfire or equivalent
- Experience with ML Ops continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) and working with production environments (Docker cloud platforms like AWS/Cloudera)
- Ability to work independently multitask and work within timelines
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration including documenting and presenting technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders:outstanding interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- A self-motivated learner and thinker with a hands-on approachwho wants to harness the power of claude
Preferred:
- Background in life sciencesbiology or equivalentanddemonstratedtechnicalproficiencyinthepharmaceutical industry
- Experienceworking with data from:clinical trials Biomarkersandomics data
- Familiaritywith frameworks for agent-based modeling or multi-agent systems (e.g. OpenAI GPTsLangChainAutoGPT or similar agent frameworks)
- Ability to architect andoptimizeagent workflows and design agentic processes to solve business or scientific challenges
- Familiarity with modern data science and AI techniques especially as they pertain to autonomous or semi-autonomous systems

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range.
