What You Will Do:
As a User Support Specialist you will lead software training demonstrate tradecraft guidance and provider user support to action officers and specialists. A successful candidate will distinguish themselves by collaborating with IC users team members and leadership to efficiently deliver to internal and external clients. You will document requirements create training materials collect and analyze metrics and identify opportunities to increase software adoption while applying outcome-based solutions to support intelligence operations.

What You Will Need:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI) Federal or DoD security clearance.

  • Once onboard with Guidehouse new hireMUSTbe able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearancewith a (COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI)/FULL SCOPE (FS/FSP))polygraph.

• Bachelors degree

• SIX (6) or more years experienceof related experience working with or as an OSINT Analyst. Experience should include but not be limited to:

  • Practical and operational intelligence experience

  • Collectionand/or analysis as an intelligence professional

  • Understanding of TCPED process

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD securityclearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph

• EIGHT (8) or more years experience as an OSINT Analyst

• Experience in technical training data visualization or IC engagement support
