36Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a detailoriented outgoing and highly organized Office Assistant to support our Orthopedic and Neuroscience this essential role youll help provide key administrative support as well as assisting with patient focused work. Whats Available:
.9 FTE (72 hours bi-weekly)
Schedule: MondayFriday daytime hours 7:00 AM5:00 PM
Departments: Orthopedic and Neuroscience Units
Location: Onsite La Crosse
What you will do:
Provide LOVE MEDICINE by delivering exceptional first and last impressions for patients and families
Partner with providers clinical staff and leaders to support patient care and team success
Help with calendar management meeting prep and taking meeting minutes!
A variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support daily operations
Maintain spreadsheets assignment sheets and weekly updates
Support daily operations such as mail work orders and new hire processing
What you need:
High School Diploma or equivalent
No experience required but clerical or office experience is a plus
Strong technology customer service and scheduling skills preferred
Positive attitude and go-getter mindset!
