Client Services Representative (CONTRACT) Hybrid Flexible Options

Broadridge is Growing! We are seeking a Client Services Representative who will be responsible for managing a book of business for both TPA and Non-TPA clients to ensure key deliverables are met driving both business growth and client retention.

Work Mode:Worked in a hybrid environment collaborating in-office 23 days per week while managing responsibilities effectively in a remote setting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class customer service through email phone and other client communication channels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships including retention issue resolution communications and product-related support.
• Apply industry knowledge and problem-solving skills to meet goals and support client needs independently.
• Identify analyze and document client business needs by gathering specifications conducting research and recommending solutions.
• Assist clients with questions regarding self-directed brokerage account setup and transfers with outside brokerage firms.
• Maintain knowledge of client agreements to provide accurate guidance and support.
• Collect and communicate client feedback to support new product development and product enhancements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2 years of experience in operational role including professional phone and e-mail correspondence
• Functional/technical skills
• Comfort speaking with high management Advisors brokers etc
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Strong clear communication (both written and oral English) including influencing skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
• Stay connected to and be readily available in team chat

Hourly range $25-30/hr

Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.
