The role:
As aWarehouseSupervisor you will help drive our goals by:
Leading day-to-day materials handling andlogisticsoperations within the PMM department ensuring safecompliantand efficient execution of all activities.
Planningprioritizingand assigning daily workloads to meet operational capacity customercommitmentsand OTIF targets.
Overseeing the secure handling storagemovementand documentation of precious metals in line with JM divisional and group policies.
Monitoringquality and compliance investigatingnon-conformancesand ensuring all work is completed to defined standards and procedures.
Supporting equipment reliability through inspections basicmaintenanceand coordination of preventative or corrective maintenance.
Coachingtrainingand developing team members including performance managementtimekeepingand PTO administration.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Vocational education with 3 years of relevant materials handlinglogisticsor warehouse experience including supervisory or team lead responsibilities.
Strong working knowledge of EH&S requirements safe material handlingpracticesand quality systems.
Experience coordinating daily operations prioritizingworkloadsand meeting delivery commitments.
Confident communicator able to work effectively with operational teams commercialpartnersand internal stakeholders.
Comfortable using computer systems and Microsoft Office to record transactionsreportsand operational data.
Proven ability to lead coach and motivate teams while modeling JM values and behaviors.
