Axis has something great to offer!Axis Communications has an exciting new position for a Key Account Manager End Customers with responsibility in The Netherlands market.

As Key Account Manager it will be your responsibility to drive sales for selected end customers and to continuously find new business opportunities and close the business.A part of this role will also be to work together with all Axis departments (Channel sales Marketing Sales Engineering and Post-sales Support)to manage a 360º customer relation.

We are looking for a candidate based in the Netherlands with a preference for someone located close to our office in Rotterdam.

To be successful in this role you need to have proven experience within sales and a strong business acumendeveloped through your experience in selling high value solutions. You need to be able totake initiatives challenge the status quo and suggest improvement areas. It is important to possess a strongability to understand the customers needs and to create the best value propositionfor each account. We are looking for someone transparent loyal and a committed team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and transversal organization.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

As a Key Account Manager End Customers you will create a business plan to identify and target end customers including strategies to engage with as a trusted advisor you will build strong long-term relationships with selected en customers uncover new business opportunities and drive revenue growth. You will coordinate closely with and between end customers partners and the Axis team to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and ensure successful project outcomes. By forecasting opportunities tracking performance against KPIs and analyzing won and lost deals you will continuously refine strategies for growth.

Additionally you will represent Axis at trade shows and industry events collaborate with marketing to generate leads and maintain up-to-date account information meeting reports and detailed opportunities in Salesforce - all while promoting our company culture and acting as a true ambassador of the brand.

We would love to hear from you if you have/are:

  • 5 10 Years of Business Development/Sales Experience within the industry segment
  • Experience in the IT or security field in the sector is highly desirable
  • A high knowledge and interest in the business and sales environment.
  • Results oriented and self-driven.
  • Can communicate well with others and able to initiate new discussions and relationships with potential customers.
  • Strategic and able to influence others through your activities.
  • Ability to manage time and prioritize.
  • High level of integrity.
  • Account planning & mapping experience (business plans).
  • Structured and able to explain complex matters in an easy way.
  • Transparent with your activities through our CRM platform.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Native in Dutch and fluent in English languages written and spoken.
