Manufacturing Engineer

The AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) Engineer is responsible for optimizing and maintaining AOI inspection processes in manufacturing environments. This role ensures product quality by improving inspection accuracy reducing false calls analyzing defects and supporting continuous process improvement. The AOI Engineer works closely with Production Quality and Process Engineering teams to achieve high yield reliability and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

• implement and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity quality and efficiency.
• Monitor production performance and analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including process setup validation and documentation.
• Work closely with Production Quality Maintenance and Engineering teams to resolve manufacturing issues. failures and implement corrective actions.
• Execute and improve Inspection procedures and systems.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing Mechanical Electronics Mechatronics or related field)
• Knowledge of quality systems process control and manufacturing standards
•  Candidates with relevant engineering experience working with VITROX or ICOS AOI systems are an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Eager to adapt well in dynamic working environment eager to learn new knowledge and able to work independently.
• Willingness to support on-call duties if required
