Job Summary

  • Welcome guests warmly and provide a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experience while ensuring guest accounts are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously always aiming to deliver excellent customer service and a positive guest experience.
  • Follow all security and confidentiality procedures to ensure the safety and privacy of guests at all times.
  • Provide clear accurate and professional information regarding guest bookings payments and billing during arrival and departure.
  • Respond positively and efficiently to guest and colleague enquiries directing them to the appropriate department when needed.
  • Promote hotel services and room options in a friendly and confident manner to help maximise guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
  • Friendly approachable with excellent customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
  • Strong team player and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Essential to be flexible with working hours.
  • Must already have the right to work in the UK.
