Job Summary

- Manage incoming HR requests through our ticketing system prioritizing tracking and resolving or escalating issues as appropriate.
- Process back-office HR tasks related to termination of employment/contract modification.
- Maintain and update employee records in SAP ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide administrative support including printing routing documents for signature and maintaining filing systems.
- Communicate and collaborate with HR Business Partners and employees - primarily via our ticketing system - to clarify requests and provide status updates.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with relevant data protection and company policies.


Qualifications :

- Must be an active full-time student.
- Proficient user of MS Office applications; experience with SAP is an advantage
- Intermediate proficiency in English (reading writing and speaking).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Awareness of confidentiality and data-protection best practices when handling employee information.
- Availability to work an average of 30 hours per week with the flexibility to be on-site 2-3 days per week to support in-office tasks and collaboration.
