About the Role
Hello Speech-Language Pathologists! Ampersand Therapy is hiring hybrid SLPs to support students across multiple school communities in Eastern Colorado. This role offers a flexible hybrid model where providers complete direct therapy services and assessments in person at school sites while completing IEP meetings documentation planning and other indirect responsibilities remotely from home.This is a great opportunity for SLPs seeking flexibility autonomy and a supportive team environment while making a meaningful impact in schools.

What Youll Do
- Provide school-based speech-language therapy services in a K-12 setting
- Conduct speech and language assessments and complete evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams teachers and families
- Support students with articulation language fluency AAC and social communication needs
- Attend IEP meetings virtually or in person as appropriate
- Complete documentation progress notes planning and compliance tasks remotely
- Monitor student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
What Were Looking For
- Active Colorado SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Colorado CDE SSP certification (or ability to obtain)
- Masters Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Strong communication organization and collaboration skills
- School-based experience preferred but not required
- CFs encouraged to apply
