Responsibilities
- Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives
- Track customer interactions using CRM tools
- Educate customers on dealership benefits and finance options
- Maintain strong customer follow-up and satisfaction
- Stay current on vehicle products features and training
- Represent the dealership professionally at all times
Qualifications
- 2 years of customer service retail or automotive sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
- Must be 18 and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid drivers license with a good driving record
