Key Responsibilities

• Support the operational delivery of P&O strategic objectives for a defined client group.

• Assist in the implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of P&O services processes principles and standards.

• Provide guidance consulting and training to customers and users on P&O Services topics.

• Handle standard service requests user inquiries troubleshooting and user administration (e.g. access management).

• Track and analyze service requests issues error messages and questions in collaboration with next-level support or experts.

• Support service planning service evaluation and periodic cost and efficiency analyses to meet productivity objectives.

• Support personnel cost budgeting processes and cost control activities.

• Contribute to P&O Services projects at country or BU level.

Experience Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience in Operations Management and Execution.

• Solid knowledge of HR Operations HR Service Delivery and P&O Services and Payroll.

• Experience with HRIS SDM and Identity & Access Management (IAM).

• Understanding of employee lifecycle topics including onboarding and employee experience.

• Ability to support data analysis evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.

• High curiosity and customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

• Strong awareness of data privacy principles and compliance.

• Fluent English required; any Nordic language is an advantage.
