Key Responsibilities
Support the operational delivery of P&O strategic objectives for a defined client group.
Assist in the implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of P&O services processes principles and standards.
Provide guidance consulting and training to customers and users on P&O Services topics.
Handle standard service requests user inquiries troubleshooting and user administration (e.g. access management).
Track and analyze service requests issues error messages and questions in collaboration with next-level support or experts.
Support service planning service evaluation and periodic cost and efficiency analyses to meet productivity objectives.
Support personnel cost budgeting processes and cost control activities.
Contribute to P&O Services projects at country or BU level.
Experience Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in Operations Management and Execution.
Solid knowledge of HR Operations HR Service Delivery and P&O Services and Payroll.
Experience with HRIS SDM and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
Understanding of employee lifecycle topics including onboarding and employee experience.
Ability to support data analysis evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
High curiosity and customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong awareness of data privacy principles and compliance.
Fluent English required; any Nordic language is an advantage.
