Responsibilities
- Assist customers remotely by answering inquiries and providing information about our vehicle inventory and services.
- Coordinate appointments and follow up with customers to enhance their purchasing experience.
- Work closely with the sales and service teams to streamline communication and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Utilize various communication tools such as phone email and live chat to provide timely assistance.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
