Location: Athens Greece Remote from Greece only

About the Role

On behalf of a leading international BPO based in Athens we are looking for Dutch -speaking Customer Advisors to handle inbound customer interactions via phone email and chat. Both on-site and remote options are available depending on your profile.

Your Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries in Dutch across phone email and chat
Resolve issues efficiently and ensure high customer satisfaction
Log interactions accurately in the CRM system
Meet agreed KPIs (CSAT response time resolution rate)

Your Profile

Dutch C1/C2 native or near-native mandatory
English B2 minimum
For remote: stable connection and quiet working space
