Job Title: Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $39.78 - $42.4 per hour
Hours: 35 hours per week Monday-Friday
Weekend Rotation: None
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations of patients to assess their physical condition limitations and goals
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and collaborate with patients to set achievable goals
- Provide hands-on therapy to patients including exercises stretches and manual techniques
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their progress at home
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals involved in a patients care to ensure a comprehensive treatment plan
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and techniques in the field of physical therapy
- Travel to various locations to provide therapy services as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
- Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong understanding of anatomy physiology and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to various locations for patient care
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
- Current CPR certification.
