Position: Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $38-41 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients physical abilities and limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals
- Utilize a variety of techniques and modalities to help patients improve movement reduce pain and restore function
- Monitor and document patients progress adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and their families on proper techniques and exercises to continue at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in physical therapy and incorporate new techniques into practice
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of anatomy physiology and kinesiology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of electronic medical records
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends if needed
