Core Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters through all phases from case initiation through resolution or trial
- Prepare pleadings motions briefs discovery responses and other legal documents
- Conduct depositions witness preparation and trial readiness activities
- Perform in-depth legal research case evaluation and risk assessment
- Develop litigation strategies and provide sound legal counsel to clients
- Represent clients in hearings depositions mediations and court proceedings
- Maintain strong case organization deadlines and communication throughout the litigation process
Required Qualifications
- Active Bar admission in good standing
- 36 years of litigation experience handling varied legal matters
- Trial preparation or courtroom experience preferred
- Strong legal drafting analytical and advocacy skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and case management abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative legal team while independently managing responsibilities
