• Deliver and transport box trailers dump trailers equipment and materials to and from job sites
• Turn dump trailers at local landfills as needed to support ongoing operations
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Safely secure and transport loads in compliance with DOT regulations
• Coordinate with project managers and field teams to ensure timely support of job site needs
• Adapt to changing schedules and priorities throughout the workday
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles trailers and equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical or operational issues with trucks trailers and equipment
• Assist with loading unloading and general operational support as needed
• Perform warehouse and other various tasks to support our business as needed

• Valid Class A CDL with clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Organized dependable and self-motivated
• Mechanically inclined with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steers or similar machinery preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Ability to lift load and move materials as required

• Experience hauling dump trailers or construction-related equipment
• Familiarity with landfill operations and trailer turnaround procedures
• Restoration construction or demolition industry experience
• Skid steer or heavy equipment operating experience
