Alright lets cut through the usual recruiter fluff. If youre a CDL-A driver and youre tired of chasing freight that doesnt show up- this local gig actually delivers what it promises. Were talking consistent miles a schedule that gets you home every day and a paycheck that averages $1600 a week. That shakes out to around $83000 a year for running regional routes. Not too shabby for sleeping in your own bed every night.

Its not just about the base rate- the extras stack up fast. Heres the breakdown:

• Up to $0.62 CPM depending on your experience
• $20 per stop you make
• $37 for every trailer unload
• $20 for backhauls
• $25 per pallet restack- because that little extra effort should get paid
• $25 for every clean inspection- keep your record spotless and get rewarded for it

Youll be running 100% touch freight using a powered pallet jack- and dont worry if you havent used one before because we provide full training (including a 2-day ride-along at $100/day to get you comfortable).

Youll be hauling a mix of refrigerated and dry van freight making deliveries all across Ohio Indiana and Kentucky. On a typical shift youll cover 200300 miles with 2 to 4 loads and about 6 to 8 stops. Its steady work that keeps you moving without running you ragged.

Just a heads-up- this is a slip-seat operation so youll be hopping into a well-maintained truck thats ready to roll when you are.

This is a 3rd shift position with a 9:00 PM start. Shifts usually run 10 to 12 hours so youll get a full days work in and still have time to decompress.

Youll have 2 days off each week for some solid recovery time- but you do need to be available for nights weekends and pretty much any day the freight needs to roll. Thats just the reality of keeping dedicated freight moving on schedule. Also youll occasionally need to support our Woodlawn location when theyre short-handed so flexibility there is a must.

• Valid Class A CDL the starting point
• Live within 50 miles of Blue Ash OH (45242) and have your own ride to and from the DC
• Comfortable with live unloads and staying active during your shift
• A clean MVR and a clean background we do check so be upfront
• A solid work ethic show up ready stay reliable and own your route
