Product Manager

Were seeking a Product Manager to lead and develop a strategic product in the field of Warehouse & Purchasing for Enterprises. This role owns one of the most core domains of an enterprise: Warehouse & Purchasing which directly impacts cash flow supply chain and operational efficiency.

• Conduct market research and study enterprise customer behavior to identify product development opportunities.
• Analyze data and actual needs to propose high-value product solutions.
• Build and develop features for the system including:
  • Purchase management supplier management
  • Multi-level approval processes
  • Inventory optimization & data integration with other subsystems (accounting finance etc.)
• Develop product roadmap implementation plan and business plan.
• Coordinate with teams (Tech BA CS Sales etc.) to bring the product to market effectively.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics Finance Business Administration or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior BA/PO/PM in the software industry with similar products; priority given to candidates who have worked on ERP CRM Warehouse or Purchasing products.
• Ability to conduct systematic market and customer research. Ability to analyze data to make decisions.
• Ability to develop plans: business plan implementation plan product development plan.
• Good communication presentation persuasion skills teamwork and problemsolving skills.
• Passion for and longterm orientation in the field of technology product development with interest in using technology to improve work efficiency.
• MBA is a plus.

Additional Information

• Salary range: 30 60 million VND
• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM 5:30 PM.
