Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager or Renewal Specialist to manage client relationships support renewal processes and drive customer retention. This role is ideal for someone with experience in account management customer success or sales who enjoys building long-term client relationships and delivering value-driven solutions.

You will be responsible for managing customer accounts ensuring timely contract renewals identifying growth opportunities and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage customer accounts and maintain strong client relationships
  • Drive contract renewals and customer retention activities
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of renewal processes and contracts
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
  • Engage with customers through calls emails and virtual meetings
  • Support outbound campaigns and customer engagement initiatives
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account updates in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Meet assigned KPIs renewal targets and account management goals

What Makes You a Good Fit:

  • High school diploma or Bachelors Degree is preferred.
  • Fluency is Thai and English is mandatory for the role.
  • 23 year minimum 1 year of account management experience preferred.
  • Experience in renewals retention or upselling is a strong advantage.
  • SaaS or IT sales experience is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and customer engagement abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
